Farr Ajir is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon with more than 35 years of experience in the treatment of disorders and injuries of the brain, spine, and nerves.

Dr. Ajir has been staff neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic and Kaiser Permanente Healthcare Systems.

He is also certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (CIME) and provides expert reviews and medical-legal opinions, and IME as an expert neurosurgeon.

Dr. Ajir is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the California Association of Neurological Surgeons.
